Getting Started

How soon can you start?

As soon as you need us. Most customers start within a few days, depending on the route schedule for their area. If it’s urgent, we can often come the same day as long as it’s still a reasonable time of day.

Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! Most of our customers aren’t. We let ourselves into the yard, clean up, and head out. You’ll always get an “on the way” text before we arrive so you know we’re coming.

Which parts of my yard do you clean?

All of it. Our flat-rate price covers your entire yard, no matter how big it is. We clean grass and turf, mulch beds, patios, and more.

Do you pick up after cats or other animals?

We specialize in dog poop. If you’d like us to pick up cat poop out in the yard too, just ask and we can help. We don’t clean litter boxes.

Pricing & Billing

Does the price change if I have more dogs or a bigger yard?

Nope. We keep pricing simple: your plan price is the same no matter how many dogs you have or how big your yard is.

How does billing work?

Billing is hassle-free, just like our service. Your card is charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s visits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, so there are no paper bills to deal with.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes! There are no contracts. You can pause and resume service whenever it works for you. Just text us at 801-913-8032 or make the change in your online customer portal.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! When you refer a friend, family member, or neighbor and they sign up, you get your next month completely free. Referral rewards stack, so every referral who signs up earns you another free month. Your referral still gets their first cleanup free, like every new customer.

Can I give K9 Doo Doo as a gift?

Absolutely. Sign up on behalf of the dog owner and prepay for as many months as you’d like to gift. When the gifted period ends, we’ll ask the recipient if they’d like to keep their spot on the schedule at their own expense.

Service Day

Can my dog be in the yard while you clean?

Usually, yes. We don’t mind having your pup keep us company! The only exception is dogs that are aggressive or highly anxious. Your “on the way” text includes an estimated arrival time, so you’ll have a heads up to bring those dogs inside before we get there.

Do you scoop in rain and snow?

Yes, we scoop year-round. Your dog doesn’t take a break, so neither do we. Rain, snow, or shine, we’ll be there. The one exception: if fresh snow blankets your yard the night before your visit, we’ll either come back later that week or pick up double on your next scheduled visit.

What if my gate is locked or has a code?

No problem. We save gate codes securely in your job notes so they’re easy to access each visit. If your gate has a lock that needs someone to open it, your “on the way” text gives you a heads up so someone can let us in when we arrive.

How do I know my gate is closed?

We’re professional gate openers and closers. It sounds funny, but it’s true! We’ve seen every fence, latch, and lock out there. To make sure we never forget, we send you a photo of your closed, latched gate after every visit. Just let us know about anything unusual with your fence or gate.

What if you miss a spot?

We guarantee a poop-free yard. If you spot something we missed, call or text 801-913-8032 and we’ll come back for a free re-clean within 24 hours.

Clean & Safe

What do you do with the poop?

Everything we pick up goes into a sealed trash bag. In most cases we toss it in your trash can. If your cans aren’t available, or you’d rather we take it, we’ll haul it away and dispose of it in our commercial dumpster at no extra charge.

How do you keep from spreading germs between yards?

We know dog poop is nasty, so we disinfect our tools between every yard. We use professional-grade disinfectants that are still safe for pets.
