K9 Doo Doo LLC (“K9 Doo Doo,” “we,” “us”) provides dog waste removal and related yard services in Salt Lake County, Utah County and South Davis County, Utah. This policy explains what personal information we collect through k9doodoo.com, our sign-up form, phone, text and email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and service address.
- Service details: number of dogs and their names, how often you want service, gate location and codes, areas of the yard to clean, notes about your dogs, and photos we take of your yard or latched gate after a visit.
- Payment information: card details you enter are sent directly to our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Messages: texts, calls, emails and form submissions you send us, including partially completed sign-up forms.
- Website usage: basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To give you a quote, set up your account and schedule and perform your service.
- To send service notifications, such as “on the way” texts, completion notices and gate photos.
- To bill you and process payments.
- To answer questions and provide customer support.
- To send occasional offers or updates, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve our website and services and to keep them secure.
Text messages
If you give us your cell number, we will text you about your service. Marketing texts are sent only if you have opted in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work, including:
- Sweep&Go, our scheduling and customer-management software
- Our payment processor
- Our website host (WordPress.com) and its site tools
